WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?


I aim to ship all orders within 5 business days of purchase. Please note that during busier times, your order may take slightly longer to dispatch since I work solo in the studio. I appreciate your patience. To check the status of your order, please email fran@fromfran.com.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


Please refer to your order confirmation email for tracking information. If you require further assistance, please email me to let me know.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


Yes. I charge a flat fee of USD 28. There is complimentary shipping for international orders over USD 500. Please consider that your country might require customs tax payment and I cannot be responsible for that extra charge.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?


Please email fran@fromfran.com within 48 hours of delivery. All claims for damaged items or missing items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

DO YOU OFFER COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING?


I offer complimentary shipping to addresses within the United States for qualifying orders over $350 and complimentary shipping for international orders over $500.

CAN I MICROWAVE MY CERAMICS?


No. Never.

CAN I USE THE DISHWASHER?


You can, but I recommend washing by hand when you have the time :)
