No. This template is designed for slab building, so you can build the vase without a wheel.
How do I adjust this template for clay shrinkage?

You can scale your template when printing. Use your print settings to adjust from 100% to a lower or higher percentage. Templates are suitable for clay that shrinks around 10 to 13%.
