Return & Exchange Policy for fromfran.com

I want you to love what you build with my booklets. Because each booklet is a small, carefully produced item, I don't accept returns or exchanges, but I'll always make it right if something arrives damaged or defective.

1. All Sales Are Final

I don't accept returns or exchanges on physical or digital booklets. If you're unsure whether a booklet is right for you, email me at fran@fromfran.com before ordering and I'll help you decide.

2. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your booklet arrives damaged, or if there's a printing or production issue, email me at fran@fromfran.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. I'll send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

3. Digital Booklets

Digital booklets are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. If you run into a technical issue downloading your file, email me and I'll get it sorted.

4. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, since this solves it most of the time. If it's still missing after a few days, email me and we'll figure out next steps together.

For international orders, please allow the full delivery window before reporting a package as lost, since customs delays are common.

5. Wrong Item Received

If I accidentally sent the wrong booklet, email me with a photo of what you received and I'll ship the correct one at no cost. You can keep or recycle the incorrect booklet.

6. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders follow a separate policy outlined in the wholesale agreement. If you're a stockist with questions, email me at fran@fromfran.com.

7. Questions

If anything about your order isn't going to plan, just reach out. I'm a small studio and I read every email.
